Research Chems and Shipping
Hey, I was wondering if its safe to have research chems (like a $35 thing of clomid) sent to your house? Its my first time ordering and I'm slightly paranoid about shipping and having someone bust down my door.
(serious)

Considering a majority of people on here do it that way I am sure it is fine.

It's not illegal for consumers to purchase prescription medication online, unless it is a scheduled narcotic. The only penalty is for the pharmacist selling the drugs without a prescription, no penalty for the consumer.

it's a misdemeanor in most states to posess any controlled medication without a script. that means even antibiotics.

No, it doesn't mean "even antibiotics". Look up "controlled substance". It doesn't mean "prescription medication". It means scheduled drugs. Little known info there, bro.

it is here, that's why i said the conditional "most".
if you're caught with a prescription med, which is a method of control, and your name is not on the bottle, you will be arrested here.

Here in the US, a prescription med isn't synonymous with being a controlled drug. Far from it in fact.

i'm in the same country as you, state's laws vary on the subject. if you need a prescription to obtain it, you're gonna get a minimum of a citation for having it without one in every state across the board.
you do of course realize there are different levels of controlled substances, and all prescription medication falls into a control group by definition. you know, controlled access and all that?
