I'm a super hard gainer, I'm 23 years old and weigh 150 lbs, around 5'8. I always had the ability to eat whatever I want and not gain any weight at all, so I'm eating ice cream every day with 1 banana.
I just want to gain a few kilograms (around 10 lbs) so when I start training HARD I just convert everything into muscle, I'm training 2-3 times a week, what do you guys think?

It'd be best to eat while working out rather than pack on fat now.
Also, the ice cream likely has lots of artificial ingredients in addition to tons of sugar. It's the sugar that will do the most damage to you. Lowers your immune system, according to many recent studies (white cell count decreases with consumption of refined sugars).
In general, we should try follow basic healthy eating principles, regardless of how hard or how much we work out. You can still get diabetes as a muscle man.

You can't convert Fat to muscle, so if your only eating the ice cream to put on fat, then fine, but don't think you can put on fat, and then turn it to muscle, doesn't work that way. If your working out hard, and using the ice cream to up your calories, to help build muscle, that's a different story....

As far as body composistion is concerned if ice cream is what it takes to get the cals then so be it. From a health standpoint eating ice cream all the time likely isnt optimal.
I think alot of times we ignore the fact that even tho it may not affect our body composistion, our health is important as well.
That being said enjoy your ice cream from time to time, but don't go ape **** with it.
