How much yohimbine with ECA stack?

How much should i take with eca stack.. bb.com has that cheap buy 2 get 1 free sale on it.

I like yohimbine but mine is pre-mixed with clen, and i cant use clen.. cramps me to bad regardless of how much taurine, K, mg i take, etc. and gives me horrible headaches where i had to OD on tylenol to get through the day.. not worth it to me.

EC makes me feel fine.

Safest way I do it is 20mg Y in the morning, pre-cardio. Then wait for hours and start the EC stack. I find it's easier on the heart to do it that way.

If you're dead set on ECY at the same time, 5mg of Y is the standard.

get some dren, it works great with EC...I don't know how much Y is in it, but it must be a clean extract because it doesnt give me the problems I usually get with it.
If you going with the generic oral Y, 20 mg's with 25/200 EC

subq.. its localized fat burning. Works awesome for localized, but has systemic effects as well.. just works best for localized. Its similar to mixing clen with napalm/topicals, just a hell of a lot stronger and better since u inject it right into the fat itself.

I figured you would have done it sub-Q. Just remember that oral YHCL will have pretty much all systemic effect, which will seriously ramp up the effects of the ephedrine and would be a very dfferent effect to EC+Sub-Q Y. Dangerous, potentially.

I wouldn't use the two together personally.

Lol, you guys have no idea. You think jitters are something from Y, you might want to look into whatt Helio's are. Thats what I've been dabbling with, then come back and talk about jitters.

This is a quick guide on how to save yourself some money and create your own ECY stack that has worked wonders for me and many others during their cutting cycles. ECY stacks are pretty common but as ephedra was banned in supplements the E has been removed from many diet supplements and therefore most ephedra free brands don't do a whole hell of alot.

Shopping:
First off your going to need to buy your Ephedrine, Caffeine, and Yohimbrine. Although supplements containing ephedra were banned last year in the United States, you can still get pure ephedrine hcl online as it is a commonly used expectorant bronchodilator for such usses as asthma. One of the most common brands is "Vasopro" so just go to your favorite search engine and type in "Vasopro Ephedrine HCl" and you should be flooded with online stores supplying the product.

Caffeine is the next component in the stack and can be gotten almost anywhere. I am sure your local drugstore/supplement store has cheap caffeine tablets. You can usually get a bottle of 100 for about $5-6 at most places by such common brands as ProLab, but any generic version will do.

Finally you need your yohimbine hcl. Once again, most only supplement stores carry Yohimbine HCL and you can simply do a search for them. They usually contain around 2.5 mg per capsule and a bottle of 90 costs about $9.

Dosing:
Most people take their fat burning stacks 3 times a day. So we would be taking E, C, Y all together 3 times a day. But first we need to know our dosage fo each.

Ephedrine HCL: 25 mg which is 1 tablet of most common brands such as Vasopro

Caffeine: 200 mg which again is 1 tablet of most common brands like ProLab.

Yohimbine: (PLEASE PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO THE CALCULATIONS)
We are going to start out dosing at the optimal level based around suggestions for yohimbine hcl. Studies have concluded that the ideal dosing for Yohimbine is .2mg/kg (approximately 1 mg per 10 lbs). So for a 220lb person you are going to take 22 mg. (220/10 = 22 mg)

So what you need to do is calculate the following:
Your Weight (lb) / 10 = X mg / Pill size mg = Your Yohimbine HCL Dosage
Example for Me: 225 lbs / 10 = 22.5 mg / 2.5 mg pills = 9 pills daily

**REMEMBER TO READ THE AMOUNT OF mg PER PILL AND DIVIDE BY THAT NUMBER as it may be different than the above example ***

So now that we have everything calculated I would be taking 1 tablet of ephedrine hcl, 1 tablet of caffeine, and 3 tablets of yohimbine hcl as a single dose, three times through the day.

Other Info:
If you have never taken an ECY stack or even an ephedrine based product before I STRONGLY suggest you start off slow. Cut back the dosage and get used to effects before you go to full dosage. So instead of doing 3 doses through the day, maybe only do 2 and also cut back the yohimbine dosage with each one so your not at the optimal level. As you get used to it then you can bump up the number of doses and dosage.

I just took yohimbine this morning by accident since it was in a sample and I didnt see it on the label. (I thought I gave all my yohimbine samples away)

Damn near died in class and that was only at 2/3 dose. Prolly 10mg, cuz with 15 or whatever thats recommended Im dying.

God I hate this stuff especially when mixed with caffeine.

this is how i run it. I'm used to the feeling. I get powdered y and suspend it in saline. Been doing it off and on for years. Works fantastically and is cheap as hell. Its just not for everyone, or ANYONE that is sensitive to stims.
