I gained 18lbs really fast, but now I been stuck at 120lbs. I went to 125lbs, but lost 5lbs. I was hoping to bulk to 130lbs by end of March, but need help. What can I do to really gain some mass? People keep saying chicken, but it only have 90-110 calories depending on the brand. So is there nay other way to bulk really fast? I really want to gain at least 5lbs by end of March.

Simple. Eat more than maintenance (probably around 3000-3300 calories) and you will gain weight. If you lift and have a good diet with enough sleep, then you will gain muscle while gaining weight.
Just eat. Plain and simple.

keep eating i been there, if u eat a little dirty now and then, wont really hurt, be eat as clean as possible and eat alot.

i have sucessfully bulked up from 100lbs-145 and made the mistake of cutting..so im bulking again..but as for what to do i increased cals i went 22xmy body weight and it worked for me all of decently healthy foods
80% lean beef hamburgers chicken(add breading) sweet potatoes whole eggs ww bread pasta rice bananas whey protein oats

I'll do that. I'll gradually increase it. Maybe snack on almonds and trail mix more.
That was the 1st weight gainer i ever bought and it didn't work for me. Right after drinking it, it had to run to the bathroom. I even tried using half the serving and mix it with water rather then milk. It still didn't work.
Now I use muscle juice or ON Serious Mass

just eat a lottttt. honestly its not so hard to eat over 3000 calories. whole milk is definitely a great way to add calories. whole eggs as well. even if you're not hungry, eat every 3-4 hours. after about a week or two you're really not gunna be able to live off of 2000 calories a day. that's what happened to me when i started eating 5000 a day, when i started school and cut back, I was so hungry every hour it was terrible.
