** Intense pain during deadlift set ** help/advice needed brahs
cliffs:
- doing 5x5 in 3rd set attempting new new 5RM
- first 3 reps ok, set down to get better grip
- didnt concentrate (dumbass) on 4th rep and had ****ty form
- shooting pain down lower back, sore when i stand up/put pressure on lower back
anyone got any ideas or advice? anyone had this experience?
