traps are one of the easiest muscles to gain mass in IMO
shrugs with straps are key

And alot of people roll there shoulders forward making it appear they have traps. 99% of people do.

My traps are bigger now then in this avatar, but they have always been big even before I was lifting. Still don't really target them though.
Do not demand that which you cannot take by force.
Ex fat guys club. From 345 to 225.

my traps never really stared to grow much until i did upright rows, i think the greater range of motion helped a lot

In my av they arent tensed, they were seriously massive around 9 months ago.
Then i started hitting them hard with shrugs DB and BB and various rows and ive definately lost some size off them.
Looking back now, it was when i first started doing cleans and similar movements i saw growth.Some roads you shouldn't go down because maps used to say there'd be dragons there. Now they don't, but that don't mean the dragons aren't there.
