Almond Breeze= Perfect Milk Substitute?
this stuff looks pretty good. Anyone tried it, does it taste good? Only 1 net carb per serving. Here are the nut. facts

yeah i drink this stuff i don't think it's good plain though i add some stevia to mine and its pretty good great source of vitamin E

It is pretty good stuff- but generally I use cream in water for a milk sub. Almond breeze is handy when you are cutting fats tho.
Bulking to 210lbs so I can finally learn something about training and nutrition.

sure beats anything else but milk in a protein shake. water, i dont care how much cream you put in, is eck.

Just tried the Almond breeze unsweetened chocolate "milk" and it was awesome with my shakes! Waaay better than using water, only 45 cals, 2 carbs per serving! I use 0 carb All The Whey protein powder so this works out well in the carb area.

i've been adding 1 part organic coconut milk to 3 parts unsweetned plain almond breeze - boosts the fat and adds a bit of sweetness. i mix in some powdered hemp protein along with a scoop of a powder called "ultimate meal" - friggin' awesome.

I drink the stuff all the time, w/ proteins shakes and on it's own, but I do chunk in one splenda packet, for just 40 calories more per serving it can't be beat.

Yeah, the unsweetened chocolate is pretty good if you had some no cal sweetener. I haven't tried it in shakes, but I bet it would be awesome.

the unsweetened one is decent for Keto .. BUT you can make your own pretty easily
just lift HEAVY A$$ weights & eat on dat healthy isht . * hellabutt psychology 101 *

I get So Delicious half gallons of unsweetened coconut milk. It only has one carb too and I likes it!
