thanks guys, i really appreciate it.
Back routine is really basic, consists of heavy SLDLs, normal DLs, and lots and lots of pull ups.
i usually do the pull ups weighted, first with 1 plate, then 2, then 3. but to be honest, none of the reps with 3 plates are true, full reps

Nice...
Is that red line on your upper back from the bar during squats?
I need to start bringing a towel with me and throw it around my neck... as I add more weight it's putting more pressure on my back.

I think you should change exercises to hit the muscles in a different way. And add more supplements to your stack.

Good idea.
As for supplements, I don't currently use anything and don't really plan on it so I guess the only option is to up the calories.
SLDL are stiff legged/straight legged deadlifts
I vary the width of my pull ups, but usually go shoulder width. These days I've been doing them mostly on the neutral grip bars.

Yeah, and the darker spot in the middle is my squat callous, it's actually pretty thick now lol.
I use a towel usually and put it around my neck. I don't like the bar pad cause firstly it's usually dirty from so many other people using it and secondly I really like the feeling of the bar on my back.
