If so, do you think it's worth the cost? I'm thinking of getting maybe a blackberry or something similar that has the internet and email. Please let me know any positives and negatives about it. Thanks!

Total and complete waste of money to me.....No offense to anyone who has it (talking about just for me).
I was getting myself an iphone until I heard that my current bill, which is $37.50 a month before taxes, will become $109.00 a month just to include internet. And to be perfectly honest, I'm already an internet surfing, bb.com browsing addict! Do I need to carry that addiction around with me everywhere I go Nope!
And watch next month I would probably break down and get it lolΛΣΣ Squat Booty Society~

I have the Blackberry Storm through work. Awesome to have internet at boring meetings (people think I'm working or typing a work email - heh).
My personal cell through Verizon - LG enV - also has the internet but mainly because it was only like $7 extra with the unlimited text package. It's faster loading than the Storm because it doesn't have the graphics for each page (cuts a lot of the java flash and stuff off). So I use it more for Gmail and chat stuff.
The Storm I use to get on forums though.
I wouldn't get another cell without internet. It's been valuable to find things via Google.RIP Dad

If I had to pay the crazy fees people in this thread are reporting I would not have the net.
I have been with sprint for 10 years and have a plan with unlim. net, tv, pics/vids, text and 1000 anytime min and free n/w for 40/mo.
I use the net a lot for finding places when im out or looking up a number to somewhere when im out. checking email or a forum if I want, basically most stuff I can do on my computer, but on the go.
I d/l the opera mini browser though which is 10x better then the browser on the phone when I bought it.

If it weren't for needing the internet to get e-mails on my Palm, I wouldn't have it. However, I do need the internet, so I use it...and I like it. But I could definitely do without it.
Has anyone had a Palm AND a Blackberry? If so, which did you like better? For those that had the Blackberry, did you have any problems with the scroll ball? I hate having to use the damn stylus pen."I TRAIN SO I'M NOT FIRST TO GO IN HUNGER GAMES"

I have the Palm centro through Sprint and I love the internet option. I'll be switching back to a Blackberry around the end of the year. I say I'd be lost without it, but before I had it I didn't feel I was missing anything.

I've had blackberry's for years! I love em I dont think i'd ever survive without it. I've gotten used to handleing all of my day to days with it. email, tasks, reminders, messenging of every kind, man it's the bombdigidy.
The truth of the matter is that you always know the right thing to do. The hard part is doing it.
