Yea but that's just rediculous, if you were at the olympics and you were to do 125 and the plates went. clip/2.5/10/15------25/2.5/clip it would be an outrage or at any real competition. You load plates how they are supposed to be loaded. For 120 its 2.5kg clip/2.5kg plate/20/25----25/20/2.5kg plate/2.5kg clip

to adress all the issuse
1. that is a year end goal i set at january, im doing about 135 right now, so i guess we'll see how that goal plays out
2. my arms are alittle bent on the pull, but i dont think that i was pulling it prematurly it was just me tightening up my arms instead of keeping them loosy goosyC+J 160kg

B squat 180kg
F squat 170kg
