it can be done, but really what difference is a 6 pack going to make to your holiday...if i were you i would concentrate on packing some muscle on those bones.
'lifting is an iron brotherhood of warriors going into battle against the all powerful gravity, spilling their blood, waging war and laughing in the face of mortals' . F*ck off mate, you work in human resources, you're not a viking.

With your time restraints, I would run a hardcore diet asap. www.cutdiet.com or check out Palumbo's contest diet.

I know this is a old post, but im just giving advice, you should get on a KETOGENIC diet in about 5-6 weeks no longer than that, cuz its gonna slow ur metabolism down if you do it in a longer period, but i strongly recommend the Keto diet man i swear, you will not only see your abs in 5 weeks, u will be shredded as fuaark, The KETO diet is to eat under 50g of carbs, usually 25g for most of the people to get into the ketosis state, may take a couple of days, u will be using fat as energy, bump up ur fats and be sure too not get too much protein, only like a pound per bodyweight no more than that, do this for 5-6 weeks, and ur shredded, many people disagree with this diet, but it works. trust me.
