Would the joint damage happen with pro-longed use of a NO product? I'm on my first tub of SP250, and was planning on buying another one. This is the first NO product I have experimented with and I absolutley love the stuff. Not something that I'am going to take forever, but will the short term use hurt me?

It does cardio vascular damage to your body if you use it for too long without breaks. Continuous use for extremely long periods of time can even result in fatality. If your veins are dialated and your heart is pumping more blood than it is programed to, it can get stressed, think about it.
I wish I had the articles I learned all this stuff from that I could share with you but they were not on bb.com and it was awhile ago. It was written by a cardiologist.
Hope this helps in some way.

Nitric oxide is a naturally occurring gas that is produced during muscular contraction. It works as a vasodilator which is how it gives you the pump that you feel in the gym. Having more nitric oxide will obviously increase this effect, and blood pooling can lower blood pressure, but not dangerously so. I wouldn't worry about it. If you personally begin experiencing anything that you don't like, then stop taking it, but for almost everyone, you will be fine. If you get stronger, and lift more weight, then your joints are under more stress, so make sure that you are lifting properly. Hope this helps
Everyone has a six pack. Most people just keep theirs covered.
