tryin to lose that last 10lbs...can't seem to get rid of it please help
i can't get rid of the gut for some god damn f__ing reason. i mean im doing everything right. i burn about 1200 calories in one session of cardio on my off days i run for 30 mins after i lift. i dont eat a lot of calories and i have a cheat day also. and also i do hiit training sometimes and all my cardio sessions are very intense. please someone help
