FYI - You are not required to do any type of log for this contest. If you choose to do so, please post a link in the Official Contest thread, when it is created. Do not post the link in this thread. Also, if you do a log, you are still required to do what is asked in the Official Contest thread (posting once per week).

There will be 3 categories:

***Men's Transformation Contest

***Men's Best Bulk Contest

***Women's Transformation Contest

The Top 3 in the Men's Transformation Contest, the Top 2 in the Women's Transformation Contest, & the Top 2 in the Men's Best Bulk Contest will win some prizes!

Please, do not ask me what they are because I do not know right now. Announcements will be made about the prizes when I know what they will be.

THE COMPETITION IS SIMPLE!

-Have fun!
-Be motivated!
-Transform your body!
-Help motivate others!

There will also be additional contests during the Slamming Spring Contest!

-Introduction & Goals Video Contest!
-Bench Press Video Contest!
-Other Contests that may be announced!

Official Contest Rules

-Contestants must be 18 or older
-Before and After pictures must include at least one picture with a timeline proof (Newspaper, etc..)
-Begining pictures must be posted by the set date
-Final pictures must be posted by midnight on the addressed end date
-No "bashing" of fellow competitors
-Keep arguing to a minimum or not at all, if you become a problem you will be disqualified
-Must post at LEAST once a week, if you miss 2 weeks of posting you will be disqualified from the competition

Also... When you're posting try to be as active as you can. Posts like "posting" once a week won't cut it this time. Be active, participate, and motivate. Coming in and saying, "here is my post for this week" does absolutely NOTHING for your fellow competitors.

Sunday, March 8, 2009- BEFORE PICTURES CAN BE POSTED & START OF CONTEST
Friday, March 13, 2009- ALL START PICTURES DUE BY MIDNIGHT EST
Sunday, May 31, 2009- OFFICIAL END/ Start posting after pictures
Wednesday, June 3, 2009- ALL END PICTURES DUE BY MIDNIGHT EST

MANDATORY POSES

-Front Relaxed FULL BODY
-Side Relaxed FULL BODY
-Back Relaxed FULL BODY

Make sure, when you take your pictures, that they are clear & use the most lighting possible so the judges can see the changes.

Of course the more poses you submit, the better look at you we get... But those 3 are MANDATORY.....

All pictures will be posted on the New OBF Website in the Forums.

To do this, you need to do the following:

1 - Go to the OBF Website and click on the "Open Login" button at the top right hand corner.

Note that accounts do require and activation email sent to you. This can take 5-10 minutes depending on the mail servers load. Please be patient. If you still don't get anything just email me and I will manually approve you.

The site was something I wipped up very fast. It is not complete but a start of something I hope everyone enjoys. If you have suggestions there is a forum to post. We have numerous update coming weekly. Exciting things to happen.

Mods - this site is a bb.com affiliate and do not sell supplements ourselves. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to email me. I did talk to Ryan about it a few weeks back if that helps any.

I had a little trouble getting things up and running, but here are a few things that may help:

-Activation email MAY be in your junk email folder. make sure you check there aswell

-When I activated my account, It said at the top of the website that I was not allowed to log in (account not activated, etc.). Try refreshing the home page and/or go to another page on the website and it should get rid of that message and you can log in again.

Account shows activate. It does take some time. The server is a virgin

Interesting. I appreciate the feedback. I will be off in a bit but will check my email in the morning for anyone that didn't activate.

i tried logging in from another page within the site as well and still said the username and password doesnt match or i dont have an account.. fawk!!! and i know im entering the stuff in correctly.

Im kind of skeptic of tanning i assume you mean the tanning beds.. ive really been wanting to get a tan all my life lol i dont mean dark but...****..something better then that and its still winter here in my books so i have no choice but to be white! and im going to the lake in august for a week..

Having a great deal of difficulty with this new website. It took over an hour til I got the email. When I tried verifying the email it will not allow me because I have the wrong Internet Explorer. Tried downloading, evidently I'm doing something wrong because it still says I need the correct version to go on website.

I don't know guys- 60 plus contestants who are familiar with this website have to go on a brand new website, register (even without the bugs), and have to get familiar with that website to post pics and be comfortable with it to interact all within a deadline.

I admit I'm computer illiterate, but if the posting thread were on this website I would have had pics up and hour ago. I'm going to bed now. Worry about it tomorrow.
