    How to Get Stronger punches and kicks

    What are great excersise routines of weight lifting routines that will help me deliver more stronger punches and mostly stronger kicks?

    buy a heavy bag and beat the hell out of it.

    For punches:
    Clap push ups
    Piston Press (DB bench but only one arm at a time)
    LOTS of CORE EXERCISES (power clean, squat, snatch, trunk twists)

    For kicks:
    Box Jump (with or w/o weight)
    Burpees
    EVEN MORE CORE STUFF

    Buy a heavy bag and beat the hell out of it?

    That's a good way to break your wrist not to mention develop bad habits.

    First off all the lifting in the world wont make a difference if your technique is not right and you do not know how to properly shift your body weight froim foot to foot when you perform punches.

    what you are asking really needs to be shown to you in person. Find yourself a knowledgable trainer an go from there.
