Endomorphic Body...Cutting Phase...Still want to maintain the mass.
Ok. Simply, last semester was my bulking phase. And I increased a God blessed amount of mass, and strength. But now, this semester is my cutting phase. Now my problem is, I am an endomorphic body type. But at the same time, by description of what a Mesomorphic body type is, me without fat fits this catagory.
Now I started my cutting phase, January 12. And since then I have seen definate evidence of fat-loss and body tonation. However I'm loosing mass!!!! Now granite I know, for every pound loss, around 60% is muscle, but I am making sure that i have a high intake of protein. And I'm still loosing muscle mass, and now I'm loosing strength!!!
Now, my question is. What programs can I do, for my type of bodytype to achieve the best results for my cutting phase, and maintain my strength and mass? And should I treat my body type as a different body type, in order to achieve results?
And what type of diet should I involve in my program?

You're definitely in the wrong section. Go to the nutrition or bodybuilding sections to ask this kind of advice.

Dude! I knew I was doing something wrong!
But...I REALLY love pie. Wonder if that'll make up for it.
