Daily Supplements - Review and Feedback Please

I have been reviewing my supplements and trying to figure out how exactly I want to stack them. Any feedback/information you have I appreciate Especially in regards to combining, dosage and timing.

I already have all of this on hand, won't be buying anything - here is where my thoughts are right now - I am a 160#F with goals to maintain muscle, maybe even gain some, and lose bf

6:00am
1000 Vitamin C

8:00am
3g Fish Oil
500mg Calcium
500mg Magnesium
100mg R-ALA
1000mg Glucosamine
800mg Chondroitin

3:00pm
3g Fish Oil
500mg Calcium
500mg Magnesium
100mg R-ALA
1000mg Glucosamine
800mg Chondroitin

Pre-workout
NO Product - Right now I have Labrada Supercharged
Caffine
5g.BCAA
Glutamine Do I want this pre-workout?
Whey

During Workout
30g. Dextrose

Post-workout
5g Creatine
5g BCAA
5g Glutamine
30g Whey
6 oz FF Milk
100mg R-ALA

Bed Time
10g Glutamine
3g Fish Oil

Hey there!

Couple of suggestions (not trying to be harsh, obviously...this is just my $0.02)

Are you on a low carb diet? If so, you don't need the R-ala...it's a glucose disposal agent. If you're going low carb, you really don't have much glucose to dispose of...

6:00am

Whey Don't need it pre workout

During Workout Why do you need to spike your insulin during a workout? You'd be better off with BCAAs like those in Xtend to sip on intraworkout
30g. Dextrose

Post-workout I'd take 10g glutamine. The more the merries IMO. And go for 25-30g whey...PWO is the BEST time to spike your insulin. If you also want to take Waxy Maize/Dextrose/Glycine, here is a good opportunity.
5g Creatine

5g Glutamine
30g Whey
6 oz FF Milk
100mg R-ALA

Bed Time This is good
10g Glutamine
