Need some help
I thought I would ask everyone in here because i'm sure I will get some good help. My school is having a strongman competition consisting of truck pull, atlas stones, keg dead lift, overhead press, and farmers walk. Well I have never done anything like this and want to give it a shot, but I need some help with a training routine and any other tips hints. Right now my lower back bothers me sometimes, but I think i'll be fine since the comp. is on apr. 25. Thanks!
