Calories in versus calories out.

Simple as that. If you eat more calories than you burn, the energy gets stored as fat. You can't use genetics to argue with this simple equation.

Fat people eat too much and don't move enough. They should be penalized with higher taxes or insurance costs because they are more prone to diabetes, stroke, cardiovascular disease, etc. All of these things increase health care costs.

I was extremly fat as a kid, nipples went inside And all the teasing and **** i got made me put down the double quater pounder and large fries and join a sports team, now im always running and working out, pretty sure under 10%, fat ppl disgust me but if they want to be fat whatever, and the guy who compared it to depression, isnt the goal to better their health whether mental or physical, how is getting fat helping you

fuark, I was chubby my whole life until grade 10 when I took a weight training class. I worked out 3 times a week and I lost 30 pounds in 1 semester (pretty good cause I was only 30 pounds overweight) and from there I worked out even more and harder to get where I am today (not that huge but pretty ****ing good for a 17 year old)

I'm a chick. I hate fatties. They annoy me. I especially hate when they tell me I don't eat enough. Yes I do bitch it's just you think people need to eat 3,000 cals a day (I'm 5,4 102 lbs). I feel sick when I try to finish a meal at some restaurants because the portions are so big. And these fatties gobble it up. People's portion sizes are f'ed up. How can you eat so much?!!' When you're sweating from eating don't you stop and think "hmm why am I sweating?" All the fat girls I know make fun of hot skinny chicks because they're jealous. Then they get mad when I tell them the honest truth when thy ask if I think they should lose weight!

Are you aware that there are people in this world that have a severe medical condition which causes them to be that way? My mother for instance is one of those people. She is a truck driver that has bad knees and a bad back from driving the truck but you probably do not care about that case either. Oh well I am not one of those people I am 6'4" 245lbs and I exercise every day. I would love to see you say something like to my mother in front of me. Probably never happen though you are probably just an internet tough guy. I doubt very seriously you would say that to someones face. Just my thought.What do you think. Oh I am sorry you probably do not have a brain. I on the other hand will be happy to buy you a plane ticket to come here and see if you have the nerve to say that to someone I know.

Well I do actually say it to people's faces. Anyone who asks me or if they complain about being fat I tell them to put down the f'n cheeseburger. It's just going to help them. You're telling me so many Americans are fat because of health problems? Give me a break. We're one of the only countries with all these health problems then? I get if you are legitametly sick and have a real reason you can't lose the weight. But if you think all these fatties have that you're deluded. And I also know someone with back and knee problems. And I don't know about your case but they have those problems because of all the weight bearing on their skeleton!

My bf told me he once went on a call and it was a fatty, anyway, the fat thing had fallen and they had to lift it. It was 450lbs or more and it couldn't wash in its rolls. So the stench was worse than sh#t, he said. Can you guys imagine that???? They don't have a medical condition, they're just fat and sick and lack self discipline.

I'm fat and people like all of you are *******s because some of us can't lose Weight with medical problems and you know it's not that easy to lose weight, today there are much fatty foods out we just can't get way from it you'll all are nasty to fat people but thay don't live longer so just let them be

I hate skinny people because thay say fat people are lazy and eat to much but it's not the case yeah some fat people are and thay eat to much I'm not me I have 3 average size meals I eat a lot of fish, chicken, rice and veg I work at a chef so I know what to cook and I'm always on my feet.
