Getting stronger...but not leaning out

Never taken suppliments other than NO Xplode. What is a good cutting suppliment that hubby and I could both take?

Slim Xtreme is a great choice for both of you. Diet is # priority and the end all be all pretty much for cutting. Make sure youre doing enough cardio too

like the one guy said you can take whatever supps you want but your diet must be on par to loose any weight. id just take the NO xplode since you already bought it and if you wanna try the slim xtreme or somethin else after go for it. just get the diet on track.

id say take a look at your nutrition first, maybe youre just holding on to some water. A really great article that explains the sodium/water relationship is here:http://findarticles.com/p/articles/m...19/ai_96621187

Basically, take in less salt, drink a ton of water, limit your carbs for a few days, etc

Works like a charm for me
