    I've read so many posts about people scared of Yohimbe

    It's not that bad. I've been using it for a few weeks now and the energy I get is a lot "cleaner" than the energy than you get from caffeine.. There's less of a crash at the and. I'm stacking it with Tyrosine which is another thing that people are scared about. Tyrosine just makes the Yohimbe more effective so if you do your doses right, the bottle will last you much longer + you get the mental benefits of the Tyrosine. It's trial an error. If you just throw like 4 pills back "because you're a big guy" or you take a gram of Yohimbine thinking its Yohimbe, of course it's going to mess you up.

    You are misinformed.

    Tyrosine does not make it any more effective. What you "feel" is the negative effects of the altered tyrosine & tyramine metabolization by MAO inhibition.

    I used generic yohimbe caps that I picked up at a local store and I didn't notice anything from them- they were likely bunk. But, when I used Meltdown... that led to some very unpleasant feelings at times.

    Maximal time separation would be highly recommended [hours]. 30 minutes would be too close IMO. Since Y is a mild MAO inhibitor, the tyrosine -> tyramine metabolization / clearance by MAO enzyme process is altered and can cause problems [such as elevated catecholamines, BP, etc...].

    [Yohimbe can be worse than Yohimbine]


    What I mentioned above and including but not limited to increased blood pressure, heart rate, nausea, headaches, anxiety.... Things that Y can do by itself, potentiated and more especially when combined with intense exercise. Granted it doesn't effect everyone the same, but better safe than sorry.

    I was actually WIRED today in class. The effects built up slowly. My teeth almost started to chatter. I almost burst out laughing at everything the professor said and I was having like an orgasm in my seat.

    x2. I took it before work one time, and thought I was going to have a heart attack. I started sweating and I got really nervous. Luckily, we have a registered nurse, and she checked me out. My blood pressure shot up to about 160/120, when it is typically 115/75. , and it was back down to normal after about 30 minutes. I ended up throwing it away. Scary sh!t!!! I learned my lesson that day.

    I ued to make tea from fresh yohimbe bark. The first time I used it....WOW!!! Energetic, focused, and popped one without having any sexual thoughts at all, no lie. But the second time I got nauseas. I had an extreme desire for not carbs or fats, but proteins. Beef jerky, hamburgers, whatever. That was the only thing that took my nausea away was protein...Weird. But I got really flushed everytime I took it, even with pills that contain it, and I can feel my heart beat in my temples. I mixed yohimbe tea one time with some illegal herb from ethiopia called khat and my blood pressure made me puke. But yohimbe all in all, if you don't have any health problems is excellent fr pumps. After taking a sex pill with yohim I can lift for eternity and seems impossible to become fatigued. However, many products get recalled time and again because of the source(many times overseas)that exports it here is contaminated.

    first time i took Yohimbe i took 1200mg bark extract before training , it was amazing. i was sweating like a priest in a porn shop. i did however not sleep for 48h (no jokes) i was wide awake for 2 days and thought it was cause i was coming down with flu or something. So i did it again when my flu symptoms passed and again i didnt sleep for 2 days. best stimulant ever !!

    Lol, that's a good one.

    i used to take yohimbe back in the 90's and i never experienced any side effects like what you're talking about. i would take it about 30mins pre and had pretty good workouts and afterwards i had no problem going to sleep.
