T Bomb II questions
I am 18 5'6 140 and relitively new to lifting(bout 6 months), should i take the reccommended 3 in a.m 3 i p.m.? or could i just do 2 in a.m 2 in p.m?

Why are you taking it? You should work out for a year or so before taking a test booster. At 18 you really shouldnt need one also

Nope, the stinging nettle root is also quite a good ingredient...but only when dosed appropriately....I see what they were trying to do, but they didn't do it, simply because the doses just aren't high enough.

How far off do think the dosing is off. My friend is convinced that this will be a good product. I pretty much told him the same thing your saying but I couldnt tell him at what doses they would be effective cause of the propriety blend. So Im assuming your answer would be the same as well?
