Tonight at the downtown Metro Fitness Center (formerly World Gym) Dexter Jackson, 2008 Mr. O, was in training. Kevin Levrone was shooting a training video (he was the trainer), and Charles Glass, former IFBB Pro, who's in his late 50s, was training his girlfiend Diana (cell phone pic attached). Will grab the digital camera and the new high def video camera and get some shots and clips. Friday is least crowded, so I am hoping to grab an interview with Frank Zane and Lou Ferrigno, if they are there. They always are in great shape, really representative of staying fit well past 35.
Scary? She is nothing compared to some of the people on display during the Expo! There's a reason people come in from around the world for this. Hands down, there is no better people-watching to be found anywhere.

thats funny....I used to work out at the worlds downtown when i went to OSU. BIG DUDES always there when the arnold rolls into town, got to see YATEs one year hack squating over 9 plates on each side one year.
that is not a ugly girl, she is attractive, just muscular...I guess muscular women still intimidate some people.

Charles looks a thousand percent better than when I saw him at L.A.s FitExpo and at the Mecca last month. He has apparantly dyed his hair black and drowned in lanolin. He had sick mans orangish dreds and skin that was going to split wide open. I wonder if his GF could give him a good sword fight?
I prefer gals that don't use a trowel to apply their make up.

Yeah she is scary thats for sure...!!! I guess it depends if you like men ....or women....They broke up anyway.....smart! Iheard shes pretty obsessed...
I have never been to one of these shows but have it on my bucket list...HA! I wouldn't have a problem with paying for some of the pics as these guys have given their lives to this activity and I really see very few paydays for them. JMHO... I checked out Ms. Forni body space quite a while ago and all I can say is inspiration!!!!
