Results_Driven, I know what it means to cut, thing is I like food and am eating to be fair, more than before, but good food. I dont see that what Im eating is bad for me as such, in a real fat content way. This is why I asked about the boiled over grilled chicken. I can cut out chocolate and cake which I eat rarely but I dont think thats going to make such an impact...
I was after some tips which are known to reduce carbs and have an impact.. I eat a fair bit of potatoe right now too, would cutting that out of the diet, plus the obvious choco be enough.. dont really want to eat less as Im paranoid about losing size.
