    Thanks guys. Id like to be cut more but to be honest have no idea how to gain size and retain good definition, any tips? Does boiled chicken have much impact over grilled? Any ideas?

    You have to diet down after you bulk.

    That is what the above poster meant when he said "cut."

    Gaining size while retaining definition is very difficult.

    Look at your total calorie intake. Protein intake?

    Boiling chicken over grilling isn't going to have much impact on your body. Making good foods taste like crap will kill your motivation to eat healthy after a few months.
