My international student friend from Asia told me this.
''Americans are fat .Why they don't look like the TV series people I see back in Asia.'' I LOL'd hard but sadly it's true. Fat girls are everywhere.Fat b@stards are everywhere. Any slim hottie around 20-22 years old get fat/chubby from 24-25 years old onwards usually after they graduate from college. Truth. America is the land of fatties.
Oh, Canadian fatties.I'm not forgetting you guys. Gurl, I be buying you 2 large french fries with some delicious deep fried chicken wings.

It's because the government allows food manufacturers to put additives in food which make you hungrier. It's all a big scam to make money. You keep eating, that costs money. You end up with diabetes, that costs money etc.
Doesn't it just warm your heart that you're really not considered anything more than a monetary amount?

Yet again it comes back to the individual, if the chemical affects them so strongly they could adopt an organic diet. I take it you or some one close to you is/was overweight?

Nobody is forcing anyone to watch TV.
Nobody is forcing anyone to eat specific things.
There are fairly reasonable laws that protect consumers (IE - all the food is labeled and daily recommended amounts from the FDA are posted). Beyond that, it's people's choice.
TV doesn't make people lazy. Lazy people like TV.

I was overweight. About 200 at 5'9". I didn't realize how strong the food had ahold of me. Especially sugar. I don't hardly eat sugar anymore. I'm a completely different person than before I lost the weight. Obviously physically, but the mental/emotional change is huge.

LOL as conceited as it sounds.. I never hung out with fat people. None of my friends were fat except like 1 black sheep girl. Now of course, bunch of my friends who stopped working out have a beer belly, but not obese.
So it's all relative. I don't associate with fats and my school has an endless amount of hot girls.

Most people are not aware of all the shiit they put in foods. I only eat healthy food, oatmeal, chicken, brown rice, natural pb, etc. natural food. And If i have a bowl of cereal containing hfcornsyrup i notice i eat a lot more. The chemicals they put in food is one of the main reasons combined with the lack of exercise.
Most fat people are just lazy though. sure there are excepitions like people with disablitiles, side effects from drugs, etc that makes it hard to lose weight but most people are just lazy
