had my First Hour of Training ...Ever
So I have been doing this thing for 14 months now. have had some great gains, and lost some serious BF. I hit gym 5-6 dyas a week and i hit it hard. I do a lot of "Big " excercises. Well Lately I have noticed I have not been getting sore.
I have 2 memberships, One at LA fitness and One at Anytime fitness (24 hour) Just so happen the Owner of the Anytime fitness is a MMA instructor and trainer. So I paid him to show me so Excercises that would target some Spots.
I already do about 6 different AB excercises, Maxing all the weights on most ab machines. He taught me 4 new Ab excercises..and YAYYY I am sore again!.. He also showed me 6 new excercises just for the back of the shoulders. And Several other excercises. All in all I learned about 15 new excercises, and after 2 solid days of doing these ..i am VERY Sore.
He trains fighters and his goal is to have his fighter have the strongest Stomach and core possible. And becasue of the excercises he showed me. I am going to havean 8 pack very soon (also on a very serious beach body cutting diet)
So yea..After googleing all my excercises and listening to all you fine folks..(thanks) I finally paid to be trained. And I will do it again. He told me he would mold me into the Greek statue i used to be..even better.!!!!!! YAY!
