amazing workout but bad after effects
Today i did my legs, i squatted, did leg presses, hack squats, leg extensions and calf raises.
I warmed up on the elliptical for 6 min and then did 3 sets of 25 light weight on the leg extensions.
My first set of squats I warmed up @ 135 for 15 reps
15 Warm Up @ 135
12 Warm up @ 225
8 Working set @ 315
8 Working set @ 385
4 Working set @ 405 died on the 4th rep
rested 3 minute
6 reps final set @ 315, drop set last 6 of 225
Long story short, i got home took a shower and was attempting to shave, but my legs would not stop shaking and right now im in class and my legs and the area beneath my testicles are tingly. What is this?
