Genetics plays a big role in it. However, you can still work towards getting what you want. What kind of workout are you doing to attain your goal? How did you get the gyno (that I think your stuck with)? If you got it from testosterone products you might want to stay away unless you get some super estrogen blocker or you might end up with stripper breasts instead of the chest you are looking for.

like this dude?
shouldnt you concentrate on decline bench if you want that rounded effect? (the bottom portion of his pec is rounded)
i believe if you can get enough mass on the flat bench, then do decline it will start looking like that.

I do decline bench press and decline flies, flat bench, incline bench, dunbell pullovers! Not sure how the gyno came, not even sure if its deffinetely gyno can you see it in the pictures? I train naturally using protein shakes, good diet, and superpump250 atm!

So you're saying he can shape his pecs into the round shape by doing declines?

I don't think you have gyno. What I did notice is that you're very lean, perhaps you need to eat a bit more. Also, have you tried changing your chest routine, not the exercises, but the reps/set and weight volume. In my case my chest/back respond better to more exercises (5-6) with reps in the 5-7 range and 4-5 sets.
Just a thought..

Wow, this is obvious, please disregard all of the above, you've been working out 3-4 years, yet you're only 147lbs, you're just lacking the mass that's all, more mass and your chest WILL look like that, better get eating chief.

I think it must be genetics because the rest of your upper body looks a bit more developed, and you seem to be doing all the right exercises. Have you tried weak point training on your chest? It may be that you just have a stubborn chest and it needs hitting extra hard!
What's your chest routine mate?

Point is, you're not going to have a big chest at 148lbs. You just need to keep eating and keep working and it'll get there.

I think your chest looks great, man - for your age. You are still really young and your muscles have not fully developed into their full shape. I would not concentrate on the declines - but don't omit them totally, either. :P If you do flat bench correctly you will fill out the chest really nicely. Also, hit those inclines! As for the gyno, you can get that from puberty, I had a bit and it went away in my 20's - my nip's are still a bit oversized, but w/e, can't be perfect.

You will just have to keep eating and keep adding weight to the bar and eventually you will get there, good luck

?? How is that I have had a very defined chest at only 134lbs
Granted I am not huge. I am now at 150 and have grown a lot but gained some BF as well.
To the OP, your doing great and look great. Maybe you should clean bulk and lower your reps and add a lot more weight...

i said ADD MASS, and do DECLINE because, when you do decline that helps show the outline better, making it look as if youre shaping it, which is pretty much what you do with every other muscle..

Yeah, you always post this and follow it up with 'me me me' quotes. It's really irritating and makes me die a little inside every time I see it. This thread is about him, not you.
Please stop.

You're only 148lbs and benching 200lbs according to your profile. Drop useless **** like the cable crossovers. Hell, getting strong on one bench exercise is enough. Eat and get strong. Simple stuff here.
