what is the worst thing about YOUR diet?
be honest here - nobody is perfect!
for me: too dependent on protein bars and struggle with drinking pure water

Not enough variety, but luckily I enjoy all the foods I'm eating.

Dinner: I eat healthier than my wife, so sometimes dinner isn't something I would have chosen.
I balance this out by portion control and adjusting how much I eat for my pre-bed snack

I'm vegetarian, so I take in usually 4 scoops of whey every day to get enough protein.

Also lack of variety. I like what I eat and don't particularly want to change it. I do get all nutrients, but I don't vary my food...

Alcohol, freezer space, and being broke as sh*t.
I think the first and last might tie in together..

Mine is diet soda. No matter what, I still always drink a ton of it on a daily basis.

I have the same problem, but I started drinking this all-natural energy drink called GURU that seems to satiate my soda cravings. I originally found it an asian health food store in Hoboken when I was working there, but have since moved out of the NJ area -- luckily amazon.com sells a 24 case of the lite version (10 cals, 2 carbs) for around $32 plus free S&H (sometimes it's posted around $50 for a 24 case, just wait a week or two and the price will come back down again).

Diet soda.... too much cured meat (bacon, gammon, ham, jerky).
Some of my meals are a bit boring.
I'm not scared of artificial sweeteners, so I probably eat too much of them.
