Inbf Hercules 2009
anybody here doing it? This will be the first show I've done an open class in. Hoping to come in around 158-159. Don't really have much in the way of recent pics, should within the next few weeks. Just curious as to if anybody was considering the show on here.

How did you find the show last year? I THOROUGHLY enjoyed it and really wanted to return to this show in the open class (for the 1st time in open). However, there is the Caribbean grand Prix in Barbados, which is 7 days before this one, and is closer to home for me and hence more affordable.
I hope however to enter the Naturalmania in September at the same venue. Good luck this year!

Cody, what's up man?! Everyone watch out for this guy. Keep training hard man and go after that natty pro card. How was your offseason?
FYI, the INBF Hercules (June) and Naturalmania (Sep) competitions in NYC are SUPER pro-qualifiers. Each class winner gets a pro card and everyone brings it!

SUPER PRO-QUALIFIERS...that's why of all the shows on the schedule, I did the hercules last year and the Naturalmania this year! Knowing that everybody who wins will walk away with something but knowing that within each class they HAVE to really bring their A game cause it'll be one heck of a fight!

Congrats on the first show. There is no age requirement for novice, but if you are still 19 at the time of the show you should do the teen class as well.

Novice
Hi Everyone, this is my first competition. Hoping to come in at around 185 in the mens novice group. I wish the best of luck to everyone. Any updates on the show and its capacity. I read that last years show was really crowded.

Thanks Rich
Steven Brown has been giving me some great tips. I'm going in as novice mens and most likely from the look of it as a heavy weight.

james is looking great on short time notice prep. he started dieting ~4-5weeks out. I actually trained with him during the off season, he put on some quality mass and his lats are insane they'll definitely be his standout. frank isn't competing in this one but might be competing in august im not to sure if he made up his mind yet.

I was there but only in a trainer's capacity. Due to some financial setbacks I was unable to compete at this year's Hercules but I am without doubt going to compete at next years. I'd do the naturalmania but I need more time to put on quality size to hang in the open. You prob saw me though, I was the short albino bald guy wearing a shirt that said "Sci-Unison Fitness" on it haha. Congrats on 3rd! You looked awesome
