Can anyone help me find a competition trainer/coach?

I'm actually surprised at how difficult this seems to be. I'm not looking for a standard trainer, I've gone through 2. And both actually compete in lifting. I'm looking for a trainer/coach who has experience specifically training competitors. Preferably female competitors. They know exactly what judges look for, how to get you there fast & understand how important Glutes are.

BUT I'm looking for one locally. Who can actually train me in person. I don't want to do this over email & Skype. Does anyone know a competition coach/trainer in the dallas area or know how I can find one? Thank you so much!!

There is no such thing as getting you there fast. You need to continue eating in a calorie surplus, stay consistent with a heavy lifting program and build a proper muscle foundation first. There's no need for a coach at this point. You can do this part on your own.

Do an online search looking for coaches in your area or call around some local gyms.

Many of us use online coaches for preps. The simple fact is some of the best coaches out there aren't sitting in our backyards.

Lol. I just face palmed. Thank you for that link. I worded that poorly, I didn't really mean fast as in faster than others, I just mean that coaches know what judges look for and know how to make that happen so they focus on workouts to get you there.

Lol. I'm a rookie with all of this. I really appreciate your help!

I have nothing against a good online coach at all. I just got ripped off by one and I do like one on one training, but it's not necessary.

I sent you a PM with information on two outstanding coaches who are both members of this forum.
