Giving in, going for it. Yikes!
So, I just had to do it. Consulting with a local trainer today about kicking off proper comp training. Somewhere between dread and excitement regarding what he may say.
I feel confident I have the basics down, but for some reason, I can't quite flip the switch on my own. I need that ominous figure telling me NO, you can't substitute that, and certainly NOT, you can't have a cheat meal today. :P Not to mention, I'm clueless when it comes to supplements.
I hope to be low-middle to middle of the pack ready by next spring.
Haha. We'll see what he has to say. :/
