this will be my official weight loss journey thread.......
my highest weight ever was around 246-248 pounds as a senior in high school
i was alot stronger then i am now.......but oh well......after high school i started a weight loss journey and got to about 220lbs in a few months
i stayed around 220 for a few years......and now here i am today
my starting date for my newest journey is about 2/20/2009 which is about 2 weeks ago from the time i type this
i have lost about 24 pounds in 2 weeks (and still look the exact same).....the main reason is because the weight always falls off in the beginning, BUT then i got very sick and i havent been able to eat hardly at all in a week almost......so im not doing it the right way yet, but i cant help it
my ultimate goal for now is 170, but i might change that to 160....
i will be doing alot of cardio, atleast 4 days a week..along with a steady lifting routine
my diet is low calorie (around 1500) and high protein......alot of grilled chicken, vegetables and fruit, and only water to drink (except for protein shakes obviously)
anyways, i just need to lose this weight...its not a good look! i want to live a healthier, more confident life
i am a forklift/ truck driver, i dont get alot of exercise at work
so any advice or just words of encouragement please feel free...i originally set a goal to hit 185 lbs by may 1st but i changed it to 180 lbs
so heres my official starting pictures....me at 219 lbs
my current weight is 195.5 and i still look just like that^ (in my eyes atleast)
so here it is
5'9
starting weight- 219 lbs
current weight- 195.5 lbs
first goal- 180 lbs by may 1st
ultimate goal- 170 lbs

finally got to actually go out and start my HIIT sprints today.....still not feelin great but im almost there (been sick with a bad virus and in the hospital for days)
kicked my ass, did 6 reps of 20-25 second sprints about 1 minute between
