I just got another one of those workouts today where I feel like dying; once I'm done I feel nauseous, light-headed, kinda wanna puke, I collapse sometimes, and I just lie my head down on the table and say in my mind "GOD, PLEASE KILL ME OR STOP THE PAIN." It lasts usually about 15-25mins, but after it goes away, I feel great though. It happens to me about 1 in every 3-4 workouts. Dunno why. Anyone else get this? It's also definitely not dehydration since my pee is always light yellow to clear before and after workouts.

only once i think - was a leg workout. did 4 sets of heavy squats after a warmup ofc - then went outside to puke once or twice...came back in afterwards then did 2/3 sets of heavy leg extentions...went outside to puke again..was like my body really didnt like the lactic acid build up. was drinking water throughout. just one of those days i guess - didnt feel right either for the rest of the day.
dno why u feel like u do once a week or sumin - thats harsh ! even after like...shoulders or biceps? or does it tend to be after deads n squats ?"Do what you love - fcuk the haters as they can only dream of your reality" Eryk Bui

lol, nah I doubt I have cancer/tumors; no one in my family has had it (yes srs).
Yeah, it was after squats. I've had the feeling before throughout my whole life after intense workouts. I'm currently doing full body workouts and I end with squats. I ate like 30-40 mins before working out, so that could've contributed to it a bit (I could kind of taste it during the workout). The problem with the pain I'm feeling is that it's never muscle pain, but the nauseous, light-headed pain that I mentioned in my original post.

OMG yes, I thought I was the only one, although this only happened twice, the consequent one was last week. Its so horrible, it happened only after my squats. Both times. I was hanging out the window telling my dad to drive home faster because I seriously thought I was going to puke all my guts out and die :O. I got home and just layed on the floor and fell asleep for an hour lol. Its kind of scary.

No man I know what this is I get this also. You either didnt have enough food in your system to last your workout, or you just ate and your body didnt have enough time digest it. Or supplements like BCAA's too much or too much Vitamins and just NO supps on a super empty stomach then weightlifting will make you also feel realllly sick.

You're not in shape.
Basically you're doing exercises that demand a lot of oxygen going to the big muscles like legs. Your muscles aren't used to the demand, so you become sick.
Eventually though you'll just get over this i believe.
Keep in mind though, body building will get you in better shape than the average individual, and it will give you a great physique but it doesn't mean you're going to be in "excellent" shape.

I know how you feel bro, i just did legs and biceps, back squats, front squats, walking lunges, leg press, toe press, standing calf raise, Stiff legged deadlifts, preacher curls, cable curls and 21's... like 4 or 5 sets and my rep range is 10 - 12...brutal day
I bodybuild, I don't powerlift, as far as how much I can lift goes it doesn't matter to me, it's how much I grow.
