I recently bought Optimum 100% Whey and I plan to use it in the morning and for pre/post workouts. However, I need something that I can take before bedtime and have a longer absorption time. I believe this is Casein? Which products are best or work well for pre-bedtime?
Also, I'm confused about weight gainers and just protein. Can you buy one tub of weight gainer like CytoGainer and just use that throughout your day?
BTW, I'm an ectomorph
