    Just thought of something...

    Well, I've been in and out of Keto for about a month now. I started Feb 9th at the following stats:

    BF%:37.4
    Weight: 345

    Today, I checked everything and was suprised, lol.

    BF%: 33.5
    Weight: 319

    So I was reading this thread ( http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...=KETO+APPROVED ) as my diet needs a little "sprucing up".

    I see there are several things of fruit on there. I thought that fruit can/could/would kick you out of Keto?

    Sorry if its a newb question, and I've tried searching but came up with nothing.

    I believe it's the carbs/sugars that can kick you out of keto. Could you be more specific about what you were wondering about? Personally I wouldn't eat some of those things on that list like carrots or onions and if I were to eat them, it'd be in very small portions.
