Well, I've been in and out of Keto for about a month now. I started Feb 9th at the following stats:
Today, I checked everything and was suprised, lol.
So I was reading this thread ( http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...=KETO+APPROVED ) as my diet needs a little "sprucing up".
I see there are several things of fruit on there. I thought that fruit can/could/would kick you out of Keto?
Sorry if its a newb question, and I've tried searching but came up with nothing.
