sure, an ugly guy can pull a good looking girl. but the percentage of ugly guys with cute girls is wayyyy smaller than that of good looking (nohomo) guys with cute girls. this is just an observation, no I don't have proof.
but physical attraction is usually the first thing that attracts one person to another, before they even know each others' names. so a good looking player has the upper hand over an ugly player right away. that and girls will usually take more **** from someone good looking rather than someone that is below their "league" if you may

A good looking guy will ALWAYS have more potential.
There may be occasions where a guy with great game will pull a girl, where the good looking guy couldn't, but I would consider this rare.
If an average guy and a good looking guy are both competing for a girl, and they both have the same amount of game (average guy can possibly have more), I'm sure the girl would choose the good looking guy.

Not necessarily. I had a friend who was... (in my estimation, and no homo) maybe 4/10 or 5/10 and he pulled more girls than anybody I've ever seen. He was also an incredibly talented musician and had such charisma that he could pretty much befriend anybody in no time.
