So summer is coming up soon haha and I'm wanting to get my abs a lot more defined hopefully by June. When i first started working out, my abs become somewhat defined, but then went away. I work them our all the time but I'm not getting results. I'm 6'2, about 170-175lbs, but I don't know my body fat.
If yall could help me out by including workout out plans, what to eat, etc. that would be awesome!

For your height your fairly skinny, do 30minutes of cardio every day if you can. Doing 100000 crunches won't get you abs, you need to also fix your diet.
Stay away from junk food,soda, anything not healthy. I would just recommend working abs every other day.Don't pray for lighter burdens but for stronger bodies.

by doing this you will deplete glycogen stores and burn fat through low intensity cardio (125-130bpm) the reason you do low intensity is because you will not have glycogen to burn, if your heart rate is high you will burn muscle.practice?
