Always do a warm up set and then lift to max on every lift...

Nutrition: Kcal=2100 P35 F60 C5 %
2 eggs, 20gs butter, 50gs cheese, slice of ham, peperami, 2x harleys strewberry jellys, 200gs js pork sausages, 1 egg, 25gs cheese, 20gs butter, peperami, 2x harleys strewberry jellys, 150gs chicken breast, 25gs mixed veg, avg source (2T-spoons), 20gs butter, 1 scoop ons whey (in water).
Protein avg:177 Fats avg:152 Carbs avg:22
Training:
Always do a warm up set and then lift to max on every lift...

Really feeling it now. I need my carbs, hell a bar of chocolate would really hit the spot. Well tomo should be fun. I got a workout to complete on few carbs, there is a plus and that is I get an extra 12gs of carbs yaaaaaa.
