I guess because of my age and declining testosterone levels, it's an uphill battle for me to lose belly fat and build lean muscle. Diet and exercise alone simply are not working for me. I'm getting frustrated because I'm watching my diet, working out seriously and not getting the results I want (especially when it comes to losing the belly fat).
Is one cycle of H-drol, used in combination with Cycle Assist, worth trying? Should I be scared of the articles about liver damage, etc., from just one cycle?
I'd appreciate hearing from guys 35 years old plus who better understand my challenge.

Im not quite 35 yet but knocking on the door. I began my battle against belly fat the monday after thanksgiving. I've dumped 5" from my gut in a little over three months and most of it due to diet.
It was suggested to me that i not do a cycle until I had my diet dialed in (which meant losing fat without the aid of a cycle). At the time I thought I was eating healthy. It wasn't until after I bought and read "the abs diet" the I realized my diet was ****. My belly fat lose is a direct result of following the book.
Now that I have slimmed down (without supplements), I have decided to run an H drol cycle (arrives today as matter of fact). I am certain that my belly fat will not come back once the cycle is compete because it won't be the gear removing the fat.
Before you jump on a cycle, study up. Read, read, read. Your expert has suggested a good (and common) first timers cycle but understand what you are taking and what all the possible sides may be.
I spent about $200 to get what I thought was neededto run a safe cycle and pct. Heres the list:
Cycle-
CEL Hdrol
Now Hawthorne Berry
Now Taurine
Liv 52
PCT-
Reversitol
Lean FX
I suggest reading up on each product so as to understand what they are and why you need them.
Best of luck!
