My right peck smaller than my left peck...
So here is my short story so you can get some context of my problem:
I used to do bench press bar (norm bench press) and noticed after a long while that my right arm was more tired from being used the whole day and with all the workout. So therefore i would be using my left arm, or left peck a little more on bench press.
Once i discovered this i changed to dumbbells chest presses. So I would for sure know that i was doing 100% of each weight (60-70lbs) for each peck/part of my chest.
Its not extremely bigger, but slightly noticeable, I could post pictures but i believe what i described should be enough info for you guys to help.
So now that you know, I was wondering if their was anything i could do to fix this or if anyone else has heard of this problem before???
(Fix(?): I was thinking maybe i could hold the 60 pound dumbbell (left arm) close to my chest (for balance) and just work out my right peck for chest press?)
Thanks guys,
Kevin

You could just work out your right peck, but the more you do the iso-excercises the more it's going to even out over time as you get bigger.

Stop at the same rep number (eg. 9) with both of your pec, even if you could do more with the bigger one. Once the smaller catched up, restart to train them evenly.
My suggestion.

When you say Iso-exercises, you mean like dumbbell isolation compared to barbel or benchpress bar?
And you believe that in do time they will even out more?

Thanks for the suggestion, but the thing is, i do the same amount of reps for both pecks and the same time,
Like im working them both out the same as of about 2 months ago.

use dumbell press, keep them the same reps and don't go up if your right peck can't do it, it will even out in time.
when i do bi curles i keep them the same rep even though my left struggels to get it up i just lock and push to have them exact same rep.
