Poundstone loads the 555!
One week before the Arnold Derek decided to give his 555lb Viper Stone a shot. He has loaded it once before a little over a year ago at about 42 inches. Saturday he loaded it at 46.25 inches after attempting 4 other times! I will make sure to post my videos of the Arnold Classic as soon as I get back!

What's OP? I am Derek's girlfriend....I love the sport and try to keep up on the videos of him and updates when he competes!
PS....Newbtime...you are right, it would be easier with rubber on that bar, Derek is working on cutting up some pieces to put on there! We used a little tacky this time.

PS............Doenitz79....I know Travis has the 600...from my understanding he hasn't loaded it yet, maybe he laped it???.....but I am sure he will get it!

Good Luck at Arnold lets get an American to win this time and dethrone big Z!!! Its going to be an amazing competetion, poundstone has been doing some amazing stuff in his videos and just keeps getting better and better, Mikhail Koklyaev has put up some great videos recently also of some inhuman stuff and from looks of travis log on here he is looking real strong. Also big Z is always a favorite being the that he has won last 6 years!!!
I hope poundstone or travis can win this year.

Big Z is NOT competing at the Arnold this year. He will most likely be there to watch and maybe help judge. So it should be an interesting show! Each athlete is coming in top shape!
BTW Derek is not a part of this forum, I will keep you updated as much as I can and I am open to answering questions as well!!

It's a commercial gym and the only space really for their stuff. It's in the corner right in front of a garage door which makes it easy for them to add/remove any of their equipment.

the treadmills were the first thing i noticed too. that is a sweet set up though, how did planet fitness, a commercial gym, allow you guys to fill it up w/ that long row of stones? they let you keep them there? and your own dumbbells too?
keep up the great work!
