    what happens if you dont get enough fat

    I was wondering what happens if you dont get enough fat in your diet. i think at 200lbs your suppose to get about 40-60g of fat, what happens if i decide to cut it down to about 15-25g? any changes?

    also can i use olive oil to cook my fish or chicken in? tired of it sticking to the pan. does this count towards the grams of fat you get dailiy?

    Fat is essential for daily bodily functions. If you are worried about the calories in oil you should get pam; it's like 1 calorie per 1 second spray.

    HA..look up Mariusz Pudzianowski's diet he doesnt eat anything with fat and he only consumes 1500 calories a day...he got this diet from using the F*CKING SEARCH FUNCTION on this website

    Fat has a caloric intake of 9. so for example if you get 30 grams of fat in your diet you times that by 9. 30 X 9 = 270. You divide 270 by your overall caloric intake for that day and you get your percentage.
