Hey! I'm 19 and it's been a year and a half since I started lifting and I'm at a point where I don't know if I should start cutting or bulking seriously. I think bulk but I'd like to try a first cut too! Anyway my legs are a weak point, they just don't seem right and they retain a lot of fat compared to my upper body. What do you think? I'd like to get some advices from different people to know where to work harder. Here are some pictures of me flexed. Thx in advance!!

Shoulder press : 75lbs DB
Incline press : 80lbs DB
Flat press : 85lbs DB
(that's weird lol)
I haven't DL and squat in a while ... but I used to do 275lbs x 8 reps x 3 sets DL and 225lbs x 10 reps x 4 sets squat.
I'm 5'11'' 185 lbs.
Routine : Chest, back, arms, shoulders, legs.
Diet : not really dieting haha. I eat a lot but I find it difficult to gain weight recently.
