eh 48 pounds of muscle in a year is highly unlikely. i would try to gain no more than 1 pound a week OP. i think ..50-.75 would be ideal.
just srsly OP just get on a good routine. going on ia simple power based routine and focus on getting stronger. eat clean and alittle over maintence and do cardio. do this for 6-12 months and then come back. trust me you will be bigger and leaner. it takes time. think long term not short term. cutting now will just put you pretty much aneroxic.☆☆☆MISC BOXING CREW☆☆☆

These are both a little true in a sense.
Studies have determined that in losing weight, the biggest thing is a caloric deficit. The experiment they did consisted of those on a low carb, high protein, low fat diet, high carb low protein low fat, high fat low carb low protein, etc.. The results: They all lost weight at approximately the same rate. Their body compositions weren't much different from each other. This shows that MACROS is NOT that important in the grand scheme of things.
It might give you some peace of mind, but it really doesn't effect it TOO much. Here's the main thing: if you consume less calories than you burn off, you'll lose weight. If you consume more calories than burn off, you'll gain weight. One of the most important things if you're bulking is your workouts. You want those excess calories to go to your muscles, not fat. If you're training hard and effectively and tearing down those muscles, then those calories will go to them.
Macros really aren't that important in the scheme of things. Obviously you'll have some bad results if all of your calories are coming from sugar and candy, but that is very extreme and very unlikely. MACROS are more so for health. Ensuring you're getting all of your proper nutrients/minerals/etc.

what a borkenshire
"Something about your dick getting dirty from all the poop and crap..."
"So you shave yours?"
"One thing about scissors... They scare the **** out of me being near my cock... What if I make a wrong move and cut it open... "

Honestly though, You gained some muscle but still way too much fat. You upped your calories way too ****ing high I mean from 2,800 - 4,300? It doesn't matter what foods youre eating when youre taking in all those macros theyre going to end up turning into fat. Your maintenance is about 3,400 (Guess).
Always pick 3 crew

Macros and the amount over maintence you are is everything!!!!!
so your telling me person A with macros: 80%carbs 10%protein 10%fat will lose fat and the same as person B with macros: 40 40 20? NO!!!!!
(they both have same calories too)
you can still raise ur bf % on a calorie deficit while seeing the scale move. you will be losing muscle.
KEEP THOSE MACROS IN CHECK!☆☆☆MISC BOXING CREW☆☆☆

ok, i dont know if you can do math or not, but it seems everybody here failed elementary school arithmetic.
1lb to 2lb's a week is what i wanted to gain over 6lb's. After 8 weeks, I only gained 5ish pounds. So, I upped cals and gained 35lb's over the 6 months.
BTW, 6 months = 24weeks. 35lb's in 24weeks = 1.45lb's, or exactly half of what I wanted.
I dont see the problem. you guys will see, I'll post pics when i get to 230lb's and then again when I cut down, i'll look awesome
