Tanulean's Journey to 200 Lbs.
Stats: 5'11" 222 Lbs. ~24% bodyfat (not sure tbh)
Short Term Goals: To reach 200 Lbs. with no muscle loss and strength gains.
Long Term Goals: To Be 225 Lbs < 10% bodyfat.
I will probably update this daily with weigh-ins every Saturday morning.
Background: Started eating clean and going to the gym 3-4 times per week back in November. I weighed in at around 254 Lbs. Since then I have lost a decent amount of fat and gained a lot of strength.
Wish me Luck.

I'm not a huge fan of the supps tbh. EC seems like the only thing worth doing. I have not weighed myself and do not plan to until the end of March. So I guess I'll find out then.
I don't really have any side effects with EC though except for the crashing. I actually like it because I fall asleep really easy now.
Cardio is rough on it for me though. The EC also caused my penis to shrink hardcore when I'm working out which is kind of annoying.

Good luck with your weight loss.
I see you are a poker player, so I gotta ask:

Nice job sticking to the diet. Keep up the good work.
Whats your workouts lookin like?
You liking the EC so far? You use bronkaid/primatine or an actual EC stack?
You play online poker?

EC: Appetite suppressant is godly. I don't like how it affects me for cardio though. I'm going to figure out something to do with that next week. I take Bronkaid/Nodoz.
Online Poker: Yes, on Full Tilt. Been playing ~1.5 years thus far. I'm going to quit soon because I don't really get any self accomplishment from it. I just do it now for bills and spending money until I finish my degree.
Workouts: Change daily but I do 5 day splits. Chest/Back/Shoulders/Arms/Legs. Tons of volume, high intensity. 5-6 sets per day. Reps change so frequently I can't put a number on them. Start with compound movements at the start and end with isolation movements.

Good luck on teh cardio.
Yeah, I goto 2+2 on occasion, but I like P5's cuz of the tracking/ranking they do. I don't usually goto the fourms.

I got kind of bored typing the same meals everyday. Since it is pretty clear that my diet doesn't really change much. I think I'll just use this log as weight/bodyfat/measurement updates.

Weighed in at 218.8 today. Finally broke the plateau.
I weighed in at 218 before because it was pre-creatine loading phase and I had massive dirrahea all day which caused me to lose a LOT of water weight.
I'm pretty excited about this now. Looks like I am on my way to my goal of 200 lbs.
