BB board,
I'm currently taking force factor, creatine mono 2g for pre and 2g post, intraxcell(beta alanine pills).
On some days I will have a 1 cup of coffee in the morning or before q workout. Not everyday.
I want to know if I could start white flood and green mag. Ive been off Stim from a preworkout for 2-3 weeks. But have had 1 cup of black coffee every other day. Sometimes 2 day gaps.

I got 2 bottles for $19.99 basically. Bc after my trial they pulled some bs and I made a big deal and they refund money plus gave me a extra one. It was just sitting there so I said **** it.

when I first started taking one scoop WF in the AM and then getting to work and drinking black coffee, I had some jittery issues, but after your tolerence builds you should be aiiight.
