I was wondering if there is anything I can take to help boost my immune system?
Ever since I was a little kid I've had the tendency to get sick easily, and well... I'm sick of it. I am originally from Santa Cruz, Bolivia but moved to Minnesota for college. Winters went from 70 degrees to -40... So as you might imagine, the temperature fluctuations have an impact on my body.
The supplements I currently take:
White flood
Whey & Casein
Orange Triad
Omega 3
I was taking reduction about a week ago but stopped because the PM wasn't letting me get quality sleep. Maybe that had an impact?
Well, any suggestions appreciated! Thank you!

Here is a nice looking anti-oxidant.
I 2nd what UNCnate mentioned, either that or Gut Health. Vitamin C high dosed. Zinc Gluconate when you feel an illness coming on. Plenty of rest, good diet, proper supplementation really help as well. Drinking Green Tea is great since its a powerful anti-oxidant.
