Just watched this video. hes so small, but he was one of the best IMO. Love his training vids. Cant believe someone can go from his size before to that. Everything just looks so small with that bird chest

someone else posted this vid yesterday on here,, its hard to believe thats the same dude !! I mean he was a BEAST back in the late 90's then to see him like that is really very "freaky"
