Agreed, OP. Putting in a hard days work outside is where it's at. I have a desk job but I am always working on something out in the yard when I get home. There is no better feeling than being physically exhausted, sore, and sweaty from working outside, then coming in and taking a shower. That feel of being totally exhaust, sore, sun kissed and clean at the same time. Does wonders for the mind and body. If you are a cave dweller you should give the outside world a chance, it's how you were meant to live.

I jump on the BOM (Bureau of Meteorology) website every day for the UV forecast. Within the green, you can go outside with zero sun protection. Lines up perfectly with my morning run and then some outside time in the afternoon (mow the lawn etc.).

eg. tomorrow for me, it's winter too here, barely no UV.

Interesting. I don't often wear sun screen unless I am going to the beach but I always wear shades to protect my eyes. I understand the risks of not wearing sunscreen but I just can't bring myself to care. Stupid, I know.

If you don't get a lot of sun, consider supplementing vitamin D. It is the only supplement that has made difference for me personally that is really noticeable. SRS.

I usually dont put sunscreen on only after 1-2h, depending on how bright the sun is.I get the tan and then apply sunscreen.
